We are pleased to offer Direct Billing at Woodlands Dental. Our administrative team is happy to electronically submit your insurance claims directly to your provider on your behalf, accepting their payment directly in our office. You will only need to cover any remaining balance that your insurance does not cover. However, please note that some insurance companies do not permit payments to be sent to our office, in which case full payment for services is required at the time of your visit.

Due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act, our access to specific details from your insurance provider is limited. It is essential that you understand your coverage parameters and provide us with accurate and up-to-date insurance information.
