We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to keep track of your upcoming dental appointments. As a courtesy, we send hygiene reminders a few weeks in advance, followed by confirmation calls or emails two weeks before your scheduled hygiene appointments. Additionally, you will receive a reminder the day before your appointment. While our goal is to keep you informed, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to show up for your appointment times unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Due to the high demand for our prime appointment slots, we require at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time and do not double-book our patients; your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you provide insufficient notice, a missed appointment fee may apply, or we may ask for prepayment to secure your next appointment.
